Fruit Trees

After working 12 hours in the Bakery yesterday I decided to walk to the pond to get some fresh air.  It really was refreshing.  There were ducks on the pond and the pasture was nice and green since we've had several showers in Oklahoma.  Actually, everything is greener now than it was last summer but of course, the temperature last summer reached 110.  None of use will forget that summer; hottest on record.  I walked through our small orchard and the plum tree was in FULL bloom.  The peach trees are starting to bud.  Not a good deal since Oklahomas' last anticipated freeze is March 31.  I'm hoping we have fruit this year.  I also have volunteer organic spinach and dill coming up in the garden,  Go figure.  Let me know about your weather wherever you live.  Ours is a little abnormal.
